Photo Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is organised by finScribe Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Eligibility

Open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or over.
Employees, contractors, and agents of finScribe, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

Submit your fishing photo(s) by emailing finScribe, by posting on your social media pages and tagging finScribe, or by DM on our facebook or instagram pages.
Each unique photo counts as one entry. Duplicate submissions will not be counted.
By entering, you confirm that the photo is your own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Each competition runs for the period stated in the emails and social media posts.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

A winner will be chosen at random (via “spin the wheel”) from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will receive the prize as stated in the marketing emails and social media posts, but initially this prize will be a 12-month Premium Plus subscription to finScribe via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
To redeem, the winner will need to subscribe through their chosen store. The cost of the first year’s subscription will be covered in full by us.
At the end of the 12 months, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard price unless the winner cancels. It is the winner’s responsibility to cancel before renewal if they do not wish to continue.
No cash alternative or transfer of the prize will be offered.

The winner will be contacted directly via the details provided (e.g., social media, email).
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

By entering, you grant us the right to share your submitted photos (credited to you) on our app, website, and social media channels to promote the competition but we will contact you prior to using the photos to ascertain if you prefer to be anonymous, referred to by your initials or your full name.

We are not responsible for entries not received, lost, delayed, corrupted, or for any technical issues beyond our control.
By entering, you agree to release us from any liability arising from participation or from acceptance of the prize, except where caused by our negligence.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable.
