🌊 Tidal Data (Premium & Premium+ only)
One of the most requested features — especially from our sea angling users!
See live tidal data when planning trips or logging catches, including:
- Current tide state and height
- Last and next high/low tides
- Distance to the nearest tide collection point (when logging)
And don’t worry — tidal data is completely optional, with an easy on/off toggle on the home page and in your settings.
🌙 Lunar Data (Premium & Premium+ only)
Every log will now automatically record the moon phase and lunar data, giving you even more context for your fishing trips.
🏷️ Catch Tagging & Filtering
Organise your logs your way. Add custom tags and filter and view your records by season, species, bait type, location, and more.
NB. finScribe Free users will be limited to 3 tags, Premium users 10 and Premium+ unlimited

Sometimes you don’t catch anything — and that’s okay. Now you can add a “blank” session log to remember the experience, the effort, and what you learned.
